Tracking information will be provided - It is required and strongly advised for SAPO parcels to be tracked.
Buyers are responsible for tracking and collecting of their parcels. Returned parcels will be for the buyer's account to resend.
Insurance on SAPO parcels are optional but recommended, at an additional cost of 3.00% of the order value.
Fashion Police will not be responsible for SAPO discrepancies / errors and work stoppage; these events are beyond our control.
