Hi, yes it has suction cups that mount onto the windscreen..very quick easy assemble..I also have the 8 larger led units..as well as grill kits.

Hi, these are designed for inside the vehicle so I doubt if theyre waterproof..there is a button on the unit to change modes. I also have grill mounted units with controller boxes.

Hi, red or amber are available,the one advertised is red. I also have larger 8 led red lights,red grill kits.. Postage overnight is R70 counter to counter or R30 snail mail.
