We are importers of photographic equipment, from aim and shoot cameras to advanced SLR cameras and associated lenses, flashes etc. We have an office in Naboomspruit, Limpopo Province in South Africa, as well as in Torrance, California in the USA.

THE PRICE
All our prices as listed on is the final amount that needs to be paid, plus shipping as per the listing. No taxes or any extra charges are ever added after the sale.

WARRANTY
We warrant to the original end-user purchaser, when delivered in new condition in its original container, that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Any faulty product should be returned to our office in Naboomspruit, South Africa and if proven to be defective upon inspection will, at our sole discretion and without charge, be (a) repaired utilizing new, remanufactured, repaired and/or recycled parts; (b) exchanged for a new Product or; (c) exchanged for a refurbished Product, as determined by the repair facility. Warranty exchange or replacement does not extend the original warranty period of the Product.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY ACCESSORIES OR SOFTWARE.

We can also supply additional Mack World Wide warranties, ranging from extension of the standard warranty conditions by the manufacturer, to Diamond coverage which is more like an insurance policy, covering even impact damage, water damage etc.

TRANSFER OF RISK
We remain the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office or delivered by a courier and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and notify us. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
