Delivery
Goods ship from the USA and are delivered in approx. 7 – 14 business days. A tracking number is sent once the item arrives from the USA and is customs cleared in Johannesburg – this typically takes 4 – 10 business days.

It takes approximately 7 to 14 business days for good to touch down in South Africa. Once it arrives in SA it will be submitted to Customs (SARS) for clearance, once they are satisfied and release the shipment we can dispatch the item(s) to you. Delivery to you from the time it leaves our Johannesburg office takes 1 to 6 business days depending on where you are located and what delivery method is used.

Delivery via courier is limited to Johannesburg and surrounds, Pretoria, Vaal Triangle, Witbank, Middleburg, Rustenburg, Hartebeespoort, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, most of the KZN coast, Cape Town, Paarl, and Hermanus. Other towns are serviced via the post office.

Unless stated otherwise DVD’s, Blu-Ray’s and Games are region coded for the USA market (region 1, region A, NTSC)

Electrical items
All plugs are intended for use in the USA and so it may require an input power of no great than 110v. In order for it to work in South Africa you may require a 220v to 110v step down transformer. Only items which are 220v compatible will not require a transformer and we will include an adapter free of charge

Pricing and Payment
The price listed includes all VAT and Duties levied upon importation, service and professional fees, as well as freight charges and shipping insurance against theft.

Warranty and Support
This item comes with the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer in the USA. Should anything wrong with the item it would need to be shipped back to the respective USA service centre for expert, professional and prompt assistance.

Should the product be diagnosed with a manufacturer fault within the first six (6) months of purchase, the product will be repaired/replaced as per the manufacturer.
The warranty will not apply to goods which cannot be returned under law by reason of public health or otherwise have been altered after leaving the control of the producer, importer, distributor or the retailer.
