This will work on any OS , windows 7 included, But it wont work on your notebook, its an internal card. We have tv box that will work for you, to see usb tv box please click on view sellers items to go through my items to see. You have to plug in the aerial or dstv cable coming from unit to tv into this tv box to watch and record. We have plenty stock and you can pay end of month. regards.
