)The unit is specified directly from the factory to be for a VW Touareg, but it is not a VW product - it is a generic unit made for the VW Touareg. If your yearmodel's dashboard does not look the same, the unit will probably not fit, but if it does, it should fit perfectly. Packaging does not specify any unit specific information, but you do get a usermanual with the unit. Steering controls would still work with the unit, yes.

)We do have one unit available at the moment at our shop. After placing an order on Bid or Buy, our address and contact details will be emailed through to you if you would like to come view the unit before payment. The warranty is a replacement warranty - if we're not able to replace, we usually refund. Any proper installer would be able to install the unit, which is necessary for the one year warranty.

This product is not branded, sorry, we import them directly from a trusted factory in China - although we carry the 1 year warranty.

)If your Polo radio / dashboard is the same as the Touareg's, then this unit will work, yes. The unit is supplied with a user-manual although it is imperative that it is fitted by a proper installer for the 1 year warranty to be honored.
