We, unfortunately, do not have any control over the shipping and dispatch with regards to the Post Office. It would be unwise for me to commit to a time period on their behalf. Please would you be so kind as to refer this query to the service provider themselves.

Yes, one can send to Namibia. Since the parcel weighs under 1kg the costs would entail R160.00 for air postage and R130.00 for land postage.
