• Cover:  EX+ - slight rubbing
• Disc:  VG - Side 1, track 5 - there is a jump.  Side 2 is fine.  This is a well played album with light surface marks and scratches. There are pops & crackles.  There is also a very small chip on the outer edge.  The price reflects these defects. 
• Inner sleeve: EX+ - plastic and in very good condition

I am a great Motown fan and I really enjoyed listening to all these old favorites !!!
