Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your query.

From your mails I understand that you have a sense of urgency. However, I am not the best person to speak to regarding this inverter. I will ask a knowledgable colleaue of mine to answer your questions first thing in the morning. Thank you for your patience.

Hi

The 12/24V is the voltage input from the batteries into the inverter. Most batteries are 12V, so if you use a 24V inverter you will need 2 x 12v batteries.

You can use about any size battery as long as it is a deep-cycle (lead acid) or gel battery. The size we would recommend is about 100AH batteries, it all depence for what you want to use it for.

Yes it is a pure sine-wave inverter.

You can can connect the inverter directly into the mains if you want to use it as a back-up system.

Q:
HI!

I am worried about your postage charges! - which of the two are correct please.

What I read which are "open and clear:
Shipping method Shipping details
"Import R180.00 for the first item.
R120.00 each additional item."

Yet you wrote in the "fine print": : "R340.00 for the first item R250.00..."

If it is the "fine print price", please cancel my bid. It will be penny-wise and pound-foolish to buy it.

Thank you and kind regards

On the same Item you say elsewhere: "
Shipping method Shipping details
• Fastway up to 15kg with R1000 insurance and speed delivery - Enquire if they deliver your area R89.00 for the first item additional items free"

Please help.

Kind regards

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your query.

On this particular Bid the import shipping charges are R180.00 including all duites etc. And then R120.00 for any further items that are attached to the bid. It is not accurate to say thta the costs are R340.00 and R250.00 respectively. The other shipping costs you see are for our non-import or local shipping rates.
