The E353 is listed in the Compatibility Guide but im not sure about the 8ta modem, I have clients however that use the router to put in 8TA dongles that they bought with a R1500 special they have

Yes it does, as long as you have coverage in your area. The sim thats in the Dongle does not really matter, it'll support any network as long as the dongle that your using is compatible with it. The Network itself works with the Dongle not with the Router

As for the Speed, it pushes a wireless Speed of up to 150Mbps so it's faster then the dongle itself. as long as the Stick can handle the Speed then your safe
