1. MINT: The CD and inserts are new OR as good as new.
2. VERY GOOD: There might be some light scuffs on the CD surface. Inserts show signs of wear.
3. OK : There are a few minor scratches on the CD. Inserts show signs of wear
4. USED: There are many scratches and scuffs on the CD, but it still plays through on my side.
