Easy operation

Press the on/off button to turn on the thermometer

Press the scan/m button about one second, the peak temperature will be displayed on the LCD and be automatically stored in the memory.

Press the on/off button continuously for the last ten group memories( No.9-No.0) will display in turn on the LCD.

After one minute of nonuse it will shut off automatically.
