My apologies for the delayed answer. The tariffs for 2013 where not yet finalised. No change in the peak season tariffs were however made and will remain at R1650 per night.
Seabrook 505 is still available for 10-20 Dec 2013. The period you requested is for 5 nights which will total R8250 plus a refundable breakage deposit of R400.
If you would like to reserve this booking just buy this midweek with a note that you are actually interested in the period 10-20 Dec 2013, at the price quoted above.

This period is available at R560 per night. R2240 for the period. Please let me know if you would like me to list a BuyNow option for this period.
