My daugter bought me a magnifier from you last week
1) Your delivery service is excellent !!
2) I am dissappointed in the product. The light switch is 'frozen' in the 'off' position & the springs in the battery holder is skew.
Now ! How do I go about changing the product for one that works. I live in Krugersdorp. Where are you located ? Sending to & fro by parcel delivery is not financially viable
What can you suggest ??
