This is an assisted opening or manual opening Smith And Wesson Extreme ops folding pocket knife.
You can open it with the thumb screws or by pushing a little button/lever piece on the side of the knife. It can be opened with one hand.

The handle feels metal, but it is a very hard rubber. It has good grip and a good feel to it as well.
The knife weighs 4.6 ounces.
