Burchell's Bush Lodge bounds on the Kruger Park with the animals coming down to the Sabi River to water. It is only 100 meters from the Kruger Gate of the National Park.
The chalets have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is in the loft. The chalets are self-catering. They are all free standing and away from the other chalets.
Each chalet is of a RCI Gold Crown status (five star rating) and I can assure you that you will not go wrong in investing in this fine quality resort.
The levy is R4334.00 per annum. Transfer costs are R1,800 to put the timeshare into your name. Occupation and ownership is for 2013.
Divorced from the chalets (there 24 chalets only) is a Protea Hotel where you can avail yourself of their breakfasts, lunches and dinners if you so wish.
The resort is in very good shape financially. In fact, there are no bonds on the property at all.
It is solely managed by the owners of the resort.
