Hi, the annual levies are R4069. The week for 2012 is still available to use. The unit is a six sleeper. I will pay the transfer onto your name direct to the timeshare company. This flexi week is for out of season, not during school holidays. You are able to use it during school holidays for a fee, the timeshare company will explain this to you.
