)This torch has only a full power mode. The 3 mode mentioned is on/off / zoom in / zoom out
Due to the size of the torch it does not have a dimm function build in. Its very light and easy to handle, perfect for travelling due to size and power.
I have another 7w 400lm torch that uses 18650 battery, which is also bigger that has dimm function.
