HUMMEL LITTLE SCHOLAR Measure 5.50 inches tall.
THIS IS AN EARLY ADDITION THE DIFFERENCE BEING THAT THE SHOES ARE BROWN.
Made by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1937. The cone in the boy's right arm is called a Schultute or a Zuckertute, a paper cone containing school supplies and other goodies, which German parents traditionally give their children on the first day of school. To find this Hummel in this condition with a Trademark 3 is rare. This Hummel is in Mint Condition. There are no chips, cracks or crazing.
