We use a similar tunnel since 2007, and have erected more than 180 already, but ours are 5 x10 metres size - and more expensve than yours.
We buy from different sources, so give me a price on a 5x10 metre size? What do you use for the piping, as they are not strong enough if not specially moulded?
Talk to me, we have to erect another 135 tunnels in the next few months, and have not started buying yet? Maybe we can get some milage together?

The tunnel on the picture is 390 x 10 metr because we use 6 metr.w. shade cloth.
and the arches are going through a pocket in the cloth.
Material is moulded round bar 25 mm and 1.6 mm thick. our tunnel is on location erectable in 30 min. The 10 m contain 4 arches. The moulded steel is treated with red ocide for cars
The net is all ready on the frame. One package ready for dispatch is 80 cm w x 300 cm l x 20 cm h. When the packet arrives we adjust the both 'legs' outside to a width of 390 cm
Our experiences are adopt in this development because I came as a missionari into south africa and erected a lot of tunnels with plastic pipes, with all the problems included by storm or uv light. And i see we both have the same Friend. All well we cane meet but
in that case we also have to buy at least some with bid/or buy, to bless them as well.
