There are some differences between Flexi Club and their Premier Club.  To sum it up:

Points costs new R13,86. Flexi Club is R11,40.   Starting price per point on this auction is R1,00.  This is a huge saving.

This is the VIP section of Flexi Club and allows owners first options on bookings. 

When you go on holiday and their is a bigger/ better unit available, you can ask for a swap and do not pay any extra for the upgrading.

There is a Levy Charge.  Your levy is called a user charge.  

Some places are more costly than other.  User Charge is a savings account and maintenance cost gets drawn out of this (as per you booking).  The amount not used, get's carried over to next year.

Transfer fee of R950.00 is payable by new member.

Levies can be paid monthly.

Levies are paid up for 2012.

Yearly levies on this package is R10860.

Points are currently selling for R13.86 per point.

Package for sale is 15358  points.  Levies are charged as follow:  R1820 club fees.  Surcharge/ Savings account 6,5% of the monitory value ( 15358 x 11,40 x 6.5%) not exceeding R8120 yearly (this is the maximum you will pay).  Refurbishment is 0,005% of the monetary value of your points 15358 x 11.40 x 0,005%)
