The Kruger Park Lodge – Hazyview, Mpumalanga, South Africa (ZA) The Kruger Park Lodge Estate is situated on a 9 hole Gary Player designed golf course on the banks of the Sabie River in Hazyview , Mpumalanga . The resort offers guests a tranquil and peaceful haven away from the madding crowds. The resort developed by MagicBreakaways Leisure Developments and managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts is rated as one of the top Gold Crown Resorts in Southern Africa. The architectural theme requires all homes to have thatch roofs, face brick exteriors, wooden window and doors. The luxury homes blend in with the beautiful indigenous gardens creating a wonderfully peaceful, harmonious village setting. Facilities on the resort include four tennis courts, three swimming pools restaurant and various children's playground activities. There is a driving range at the entrance gate to the resort. 1. Is this a private syndication or a fractional ownership through legacy? 2. Which weeks in the year are you allocated? 3. Is the maintenance done by the resort? 4. Which unit is it? 5. Was the R10000+- levy for the full 4 weeks? 6. Are there mosquito screens on the windows? 7. Is the unit close to the river? 8. Your reason for selling? Any other info. ????? Many thanks. 1. This is a fractional ownership through Legacy.
2. The weeks work on a rotar and change every year, you get a mix of low, med and peak season weeks.
3. Yes all maintenance is done by the resort.
4. The unit is 225a
5. That levy is for the four weeks yes....
6. I am not sure about the screens, I can find out for you.
7. No the unit isn't close to the river.. But it's in walking distance.
8. We just don't have the time to go there anymore.
I can try find a map somewhere for you. The unit is really awesome and the resort is a gold crown resort built on
A nine hole Gary player golf course. There is an awesome hippo Hyde at the resort with a viewing deck.

Yes that levy is per syndication owner. They really look after the place for you with regards to maintanance etc... Bear in mind that this is a gold crown resort and I usually sell the weeks I dont use for around R6500. That helps with the levies.
You are correct about the gate... I think when I said the Kruger Gate I was meaning the gate into the Kruger :)
