Hi, We usually send by ordinary post. We get a tracking number and give this to you together with the phone numbers for Track 'n Trace at the Post Office. It usally takes around 3 -5 days for delivery. We can also send overnight but this cost 3 X the normal price.

Hi, they are single bulbs on a transparent string. The colour of the globe is a platinum white (sort of a soft buttercup yellow). They have a 2-prong plug. They will keep well with good care. I have never had any returns.

Yes, you can, but you have to make an arrangement 1 day in advance because I spend most of my time out on the road doing deliveries, seeing clients etc and I have to be sure I will be here when you want to come.
