History? The original property ETNA of 22 hectares straddling the main tourist route R40, was subdivided into three portions a few years back. Because this property falls within the tourism hub it was subsequently decided to apply for business rights on the biggest portion. This land use change and right was granted on portion 54 for a guest lodge and self catering chalets. What’s there? On Portion 54 an old building of about 110 square metres which is security fenced. Not worth saving.  A borehole was sunk to a depth of 78 metres and is lined but not equipped. Power is available in the vicinity but not on the property. 10.8 hectares or 108’000 square metres.
