I purchased your product a few months ago, and it is great. I've had a problem though with the IR extension wire which cut (not duem to problem with the product). Is it possible for me to purchase just the IR extensio wire? Kind regards...

This unit will allow you to control whichever decoder it is connected to. So if it is connected to the main decoder, then the channels will change on the main decoder. If it is connected to the extraview, then the channels will change on the extra view.
