Strange that the courier brings other stuff that I order from other places to my house. Then they suddenly cover my area. Also you phoned me and told me that you've put it on another courier service. Promised me it will arrive on the 9th of August. So if it is in the post, how did you get it back to put it on the courier again.With an overnight courier and eleven days, you eventually managed to get it right that I missed my daughter's birthday with the present. I ordered a PVP from you. Paid for it in full 9 minutes after I placed the order and mailded you the proof of payment immediately. Also paid for overnight courier. 4 days later you send me a tracking number. It is 8 days later now. When will I receive my product?

You phoned me know and send me a new tracking number. One for post office to post office. What about the overnight courier service? You said it will be at the post office tomorrow morning at nine? Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday and it is a public holiday. How will I get my package from the post office?
