Q:
Over how many months do you have to pay the R165?
Can you cancel the agreement/contract at any time?
For how long in advance do you have to make reservations?
Will there be enough accommodation available to satisfy a busy period? - Asked by Bouts777 (7)

A:
The R165 is not a fee or payment , it is a saving that accumulates and remains yours to use for bookings through us thus you save the R165 for as long as you are a member.
The agreement is not for a certain time period and may be cancelled with a 30 day notice at any time.
You may make bookings for any period and do not need to make in advance.
We only allow a certain number of members per unit of which you will have three to choose from. Once the membership reaches a certain number we add a unit to ensure availability.

Q:
This offer according to the auction starts at R1 no reserve, but your detail requests R8000 or R165 monthly debit order. How does the 2 correlate? I am totally unsure what I would be bidding on as it does not make sense. What is the period I would be bidding for, when will it be available, etc. - Asked by JC4 (148 Rating score between 100 and 499)
26 Sep 13:21

A:
Your bid replaces the R8000 , the R165 is a saving and remains yours to use for accommodation. No time period attached you can book throughout the year.
