The Honey Dew Melon plant produces fruit that weigh a average of 2.3-2.7kg and has excellent green flesh that melts in your mouth.

The flesh is emerald green and has a very sweet flavor. The rind is creamy white and these plants take about 105 days to mature.

Melons are a good source of potassium, vitamin A and folate.

They are also helpful to the kidneys and are a useful laxative.
