Hi. The diet is formulated to burn away all excess fat, so, my answer would be yes. I do recommend, if that is the only target area, to incorporate a good hourly excersise daily, like sit-ups and a little jogging to help strengthen those tummy muscles. the results will then be so much more effective on the tummy. Hi there. I am not on the diet anymore. I was on it for 3 months and have reached my ideal weight. I had 13 kgs to shed, and have achieved that. I have also been slightly naughty, and not always kept to it 100%. Possibly the reason why it took a little longer.

Also, I am a Mature college student so I usually have my food to go, is it easy to fit into this lifestyle?

Hi Alex. No, you wouldn't need to worry about strange foods, as you would be looking at your basic foods like meats, fish, hams, cheeses, fruits etc. Your lifestyle would be adaptable to the diet, but you will have to posssibly prepare your lunches, or have them prepared, as there are specifics. It would be easier to pay the Bidorbuy system, than to pay me directly, as the charges to pay an account overseas is phenomenal.
