This item comes with the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer in the USA. Should anything wrong with the item it would need to be shipped back to the respective USA service centre for expert, professional and prompt assistance.
Should the product be diagnosed with a manufacturer fault within the first six (6) months of purchase, the product will be repaired/replaced as per the manufacturer.
The warranty will not apply to goods which cannot be returned under law by reason of public health or otherwise have been altered after leaving the control of the producer, importer, distributor or the retailer.

Hello flatha,
The Blackberry Playbook does not have GSM or 3G capabilities so it cannot make phone calls. You can connect to the internet using a Wifi network or using your Blackberry phone.
The Playbook does have two camera's, the rear facing camera is 5 Megapixels and the front facing (used for video calling etc) is a 3 Megapixel camera .
