How to Operate:
1)Set the channel selectors on both transmitter and receiver on same position
2)Plug the transmitter to the camera's hots hoe socket
3)Switch to On position of the receiver
4)Plug the flash onto the receiver
5)Press the test button on the transmitter to test before shooting.

It can be mounted on the hot shoe of camera or connected to the PC socket of camera with the cord supplied. Using the PC socket connection (if your camera has one) allows simultaneous use of a hot shoe-mounted flash unit and off-camera flashes with this radio trigger set. There's a test button on the top of the transmitter for test firing. The dip switches for channel selection are on the bottom. There is no power switch. The transmitter is powered by a small 12V alkaline battery. Remove the cover by a small screwdriver before changing the battery.
Receiver:
It has a mounting bracket which fits into a traditional flash stand, with a ?-20 threaded hole for mounting on a light stand or tripod. An adjusting knob allows the receiver to tilt on the bracket, with detents at straight up and 45 degree forward and backward positions (It can be tightened in any position +/- 90 degrees from vertical). There's a hot shoe for mounting a flash unit on the top of the receiver. And there's a small on/off switch and a small LED light on the front of the unit. The back of the receiver snaps off to reveal the battery compartment and two dip switches for channel selection. It is powered by 2 AAA batteries . The battery compartment is not clearly marked for polarity, but there's a faint outline showing the positive tip of the battery on the circuit board.
