there will be no debt on purchase of the points.
if you wish to use the points in the current year, then the current annual fees are payable. if not then the it will be added to your points next year, when the levies will then be due.

just a couple points to note:
- you may view my sales history and you will see i sold many points. if i was a fraud i wouldnt still be selling points and receiving good ratings.
- Dreamvacs would NOT transfer points unless my accounts with them is fully settled. IE, you will not inherent any debt from me when taking over the points. you are welcome to even confirm this directly with dreamvacs.
