*  7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.   If you are not entirely satisfied the product can be returned at own cost for a full refund (minus original courier fee).

*  Items returned must be received in good condition.  Damaged items will not be refunded.

*  Items dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment providing funds have cleared in our account.

*  Items are dispatched via our own contracted couriers only.   No collections in person or via third party transporters allowed.  

*  To-door delivery fee of R95 shall apply to all cities and most towns in South Africa.   In the event of a remote town or village or a town not regularly serviced a surcharge may apply - however the winning bidder will be contacted first to confirm if they are willing to accept any surcharge before item is dispatched.

* No deliveries to farms or anywhere outside of South Africa.

* Items msut be checked before signing the waybill.   As soon as a customer signes for the parcel to be received in good order Wheco will take no responsibility for damages.   It is the customers responsibility to check parcels before signing for it.  Please check items even if packaging seems fine as items could have been damaged during transit.
