Q:
Hi there,
I'm looking for a head that could do constant 14 bar with at least 35 to 40 CFM. I currently have a head that does 12 bar with 14 CFM. I have a GX390 honda motor pulling this head. The motor is a 8.7kw motor. The tank used were custom build by a compressor place in PTA.
Could you please give me a price for this head ( 14bar - 35 to 40 CFM ) and also all the rest of the spesifications.

Hi There, Thx you for your answer. Do you have 15hp-11kw head? What is the cost on these? What size motor would I then need to pull this?
With the current GX390 motor I have, what is the biggest head I can fit and what is the best CFM I can get with the Bar set to 12?
We use these compressors to float in fibre cables, and the best compressor to use is the Keazer M17A, but these cost an arm and a leg.
At the end of the day I need to know what I need to get to +- the same specs as the Keazer M17A - Asked by

Hi, hope you are well, the higher pressur the less cfm.. To get your specs you would need a 15hp-11kw compressor to deliver that cfm. If you had to pull it with a petrol motor the GX390 just wouldn't make it, because of the high torque band you would pull the motor dead. You need to double the strength of the petrol motor in relation the compressor pump. What are you using the air for?
