CORNFLOWER BALL MIX – CENTAUREA CYANUS Cornflower is an easy to grow hardy annual flower. Mixed colours of large double flowers. Up to 90 cm tall plants makes this strain an excellent cut flower. Makes brilliant dried flower. Cut the dead flower heads and the plants will keep producing. Great addition to summer borders, attracts wildlife. Sow flower seeds direct outside where they are to flower. Sow the seeds in a sunny location on well drained soil, rake the surface well. Seeds should be sown 0.5 cm deep in drills, leave 30-40 cm between the rows. Water the flower bed regularly, especially during dry spells. Germination usually takes 10-20 days.
