The blanket comes In a DIY kit with instructions.
Should you require assistance, I will be happy to assist in finding an installer.
It is easy enough to install on your own though.

The text shows the cost of the pipe lagging as a separate item.
However, you will have sufficient material left over from the blanket to make up your pipe lagging. We essentially use the same material cut up into 100 mm strips and use double sided tape to stick the two ends(on the length side) so that you will form a cylinder = pipe lagging.
