The garage consists of a shop, driveway and workshop. The workshop is currently not in use as we have been using it for our offices. With the garage you will be able to rent a house (4 bedrooms) in Pilgrims Rest and it is about 500m from the garage. The rent per month for the garage is R8700.00 pm and the rent for the house is R1700.00 pm.
There is currently a R180 000.00 worth of stock in the shop and the selling price includes the stock, all fridges, freezers, 3 x computers (with Point of Sale system), walk-in safe and bank safe as well as all the shelves.
