Apologies for the delay in replying. Had to get it from storage. Nothing is cracked, crazed or broken. There are two lights - only one is working and there are no spare bulbs. Wiring, plug all appears fine. There is no instruction manual and I am still trying to figure out the timer, but on "Tea Now"all is working.
