Hi there, apologies, as I do not know the composition of the RED ONE, 650mg means merely the amount of the product you consume ie the strength of the Product/Ingredient whichever product it is, like for instance am example is Panado tablets would also have the strength of it written on it/on the packaging. so having the "same" strength means nothing really when it's not the same product.
