I have really small feet and usually take a size 2, but according to your length, my feet is smaller than a size 2, it is about 19cm, do you have heels in a size 1 maybe?

I think you might did not use the right method to measure your foot length
19cm is even smaller than size 1
Please measure your foot length again using the following method
Put your foot on an A4 paper and then draw a line from your toe to heel
You then measure that line
If size 34 it will be 22cm
