Hi
I did explain the material. its paper/machet covered with a very hard resin. Don't see that there is any wire on or in it to shape the cap but I can't say what the inside of the resin/cardboard looks like? More then this I cannot tell you. It was bought in Paris and is a good quality product.

The mask is made of hardened cardboard/paper mache and covered with a hard resin of some sort its very sturdy. It was bought in Paris as a theatre mask and I have it hanged up against the wall as a show piece only. Yes What you see is what you get the pink part is all joined to the mask. To see it in life is far more pretty the picture doesnt do it justice.
