Tracking numbers can be checked 24 hours after the item was sent. Should your item not be collected within 30 days from arrival at your Post office the item will be returned to me. I will notify you should this happen by email with the amount of postage you need to pay again. Once postage is paid again the item will be re sent and a new tracking number issued. Counter to Counter shipping = When the item is posted from my Post office to the Post office servicing your address. You will need to collect your parcel with identification at your local post office once it is there. Counter to Door shipping = When parcels are delivered at your doorstep.
