Hi ,This unit will be controlled the same as you would control a PTZ camera so you will need a DVR (digital video recorder) or a DVR card to go in your PC and with the card you get the software that you will use to control the PTZ stand
we have a USB to RS485 converter that you will use and run twin flex cable to the PTZ stand please google us for more info on the stand

Hi there, the power supply is included, for a remote you can use a RS485 controller (if using a PC) at R115 or if you want a actual remote control R448 for PTZ remote controller.
