Gossypium is a genus of 39-40 species of shrubs in the mallow family, Malvaceae, native to the tropical and subtropical regions of both the Old World and the New World. The cotton plants, sources of commercial cotton fabric, are included in this genus. Gossypium anomalum forms a compact shrub up to 1m with attractive pink to maroon flowers. This is an unusual relative of the domestic cotton, from the Namib edge. It grows well under very arid conditions. The bid amount is for 1 Seed
