Contains much valuable reference information on the missions, and a bibliography of the Sudan. A chapter is dedicated to author's hunting experiences. xii + 291pp, colour frontis, b+w ills, fold-out map. Tissue guards of ills mostly not present, fold-out map's right quarter lenght torn off, but present, small name stamp and name inscription on ffep, small name stamp on half-title page and initials L V on front leading edge. Frontis is neatly secured with clear tape. Top of spine is chipped and edges of covers show signs of wear. In general it's a neat and tight copy.
