The levy will only be from the November week onwards, all levys are up to date and paid.
There is no TV or pool at the house however there is a TV and two pools at the club house which is up the road from the house. There are bathrooms on suite in all the bedrooms

The first levy will be for the November week, all levys have been paid and are up to date. There are 5 bathrooms - all bedrooms are on suite. There is no TV or pool at the house however there is a TV and 2 pools at the club house up the road from the house. There is a stream about 20m from the house, we have had the syndication for over five years and have never had a problem with floodline or septic tank.

Yes, we are the owners. We have not been using it so it is not worthwhile for us anymore. The levys per week this year have been R5500, transfer costs are included. You are more than welcome to view, we can arrange this with the management company. The four weeks change every year this years weeks have been/are :

No problem. A syndication means that you purchase ownership of four weeks a year in the house. This means that you are responsible for the levys payable for each week. You are purchasing shares in the syndicate, similar to timeshare. You are responsible for these levys for your weeks unless the management company of the estate can selll them for you or you sell your shares.
