My apologies for the late reply, There is one ethernet port that you can connect to the PC. There are more Units with more Ethernet ports on them like the TL-MR3220 and the TL-MR3420 that you can use as well

I only pick up the K4505-Z on the Compatibility Guide im afraid. The K4510 is not listed

I personally own a Vodacom branded K3565-Z, and unfortunately due to alterations made to the dongle by the network operator it is not compatible locally with the TP-LINK routers.
