Vintage - MNT Wooden Metronome

Vintage - MNT Wooden Metronome The metronome is wooden and stands 23.5cm tall. I have tested it and it runs for a while but then stops, so needs some attention. The strking bell on the side of the metronome also does not appear to be working, I am sure will come right once the metronome has been seen to (it feels to me as if it may have been overwound). I notice one of the feet on the underside has lost it's plastic outer. I am not sure if the little window should have a glass cover of sorts, if so, it is no longer present.
