I bought a 4GB Spy Carmera DVR watch from you last year September. I took it out of the box and saw everything was in order. The clock of the watch was working. I took it out of the box now, because I need to use it now and all of a sudden the clock does not work anymore. I've charged it a few times now and the clock still does not work now. Can this be repaired and where can I send it to be repaired?

Thanks for the prompt response. I don't see the button battery. Where is it situated? Under all the electronics which I'm going to damage if I try to take out the battery? Please help. - Asked by Liezle13

After one year, the time clock battery should be running out. The battery is a button battery. It's a separate battery to run the time clock. You can just replace a new button battery.
