For some reason my request for your email address disappeared of the system. There is no button battery under the Li-on battery. I want so send you pictures to show you this. Maybe I’m missing something?? Must I open the Li-on battery then???? - Asked by Liezle13 (6)

Thanks for the prompt response. The watch only came with a very basic booklet on the operation of the product and not where the battery is situated, I'm bettling to find it. I don't see the button battery. Where is it situated? Under all the electronics which I'm going to damage if I try to take out the battery? Please help. - Asked by Liezle13 (6)

I bought a 4GB Spy Carmera DVR watch from you last year September. I took it out of the box and saw everything was in order. The clock of the watch was working. I took it out of the box now, because I need to use it now and all of a sudden the clock does not work anymore. I've charged it a few times now and the clock still does not work now. Can this be repaired and where can I send it to be repaired?
