I bought the 14" frame (June 2012)from neux and it lasted only 6 months, hardly ever used and kept safley. Am told the warranty expired... (Jan 2013). - Asked by Lesley75 ()
I will replace the item if faulty within 6 months of purchase.
Warranty does not cover damage of water etc.
